The final version of our three-part series of variations on the same Thing, today's features a technique rather than a physical object.

Best suited to a more modern setting where science and pseudo-science reign in equal measure, the technique of Emotional Suggestion Mesmerism utilizes covert rapid hypnotic induction to manipulate the emotions of others.

Though it can be more difficult to pull-off due to the requirements that Targets see/hear you, it has the benefit of not requiring any equipment.

The second entry in this week's three-part series of variations on the same Thing, today's is the Ray of Empathic Domination.

A more grimdark-oriented entry, the Ray can fit into any futuristic setting that either has or has had a despotic and immoral government, organization, or individual in its history.

This week's sample Thing will be the first in a three-parter featuring three genre-specific variations on the same Thing concept.

Perfect for fantasy and science-fantasy settings with lots of high magic and mystical artifacts lying around, the Orb of Emotional Intelligence is a magical device designed to allow a Wizard to empathically read the emotions of others. However, arguably more important is its side-effect of allowing one to directly control the emotions of a target.

An artifact of a far more horrific reality where lumbering, massive insects and rodents are somehow preferable to tiny ones, the HorrorMaker(TM) can add either a little whimsy or a little insanity to your setting.

But, one thing that we've been able to finish is a new Draw! App for drawing sets of digital ImagCards when playing your games!

It's JavaScript-based and uses more optimized images, which means that it's faster and requires less loading so you can focus on what's important: playing!
